This policy exists because, for health and sanitation reasons, once jewelry has been worn or handled, it cannot be resold. Items approved for exchange must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, breakage caused by wear and tear or improper handling is not considered a defect. However, we understand that each situation is unique and will do our best to assist you.
